About Jefferson Landmark

Over the past 70 years, Jefferson Landmark has offered its customers quality products and dedicated service.

Joe Rozsa is Jefferson Landmark's general manager. He has been with Landmark for 32 years; and has been a branch manager of the Adena Landmark store for 19 years. He, along with the store's 20 employees, is dedicated to providing assistance in all areas of farming and petroleum needs. Jefferson Landmark is a coop owned by its stockholders. It is governed by a seven-member board of directors who are elected by farmers that own Class A stock.

Jefferson Landmark offers to the public preferred stock that can be purchased at $10.00 a share, which is currently paying 5½ percent interest. We welcome any new investors.

In September 2001, Jefferson Landmark acquired Cadiz Landmark from Agland Coop. We are very pleased about this endeavor; and are looking forward to also serving the people of Harrison County. We currently have three convenient locations with stores located in Adena, Bloomingdale, and Cadiz.

The Bloomingdale location is equipped with a state-of-the-art petroleum facility. We provide home heating oil, on and off road premium diesel fuel, and gasoline. We also have a full line of lubricants including hydraulic oil, motor oil, and grease. You can now fill your vehicle with gas or diesel fuel when you stop in at the Bloomingdale location.

We have a large selection of feed for all animals including horses, swine, cattle, poultry, and sheep. Be sure to check out our wide variety of birdseed including cracked corn, shelled corn, sunflower seed, and thistle seed. We also have pet food and supplies for your cats, dogs, rabbits, and hamsters.

We carry bulk garden seeds, onion sets, and seed potatoes. We have all of your gardening needs including rakes, hoses, shovels, fertilizer, lime, peat moss, potting soil, top soil, and garden chemicals. Landmark has a large variety of premium lawn seeds, field seeds, fertilizers, and herbicides available. Our knowledgeable employees would be happy to assist you with any of your lawn and garden needs.

For the farmers in need of fence repair, we carry a complete line of woven wire, barbed wire, electric fence, wood posts, steel posts, and insulators.

Landmark has a full line of Key brand clothing including coveralls, jackets, and pants.
